8月24日上午11:00開始，在北京國際圖書博覽會(huì)上的大師廚房，舉辦了一場用心的烘焙之旅-—第44屆世界技能大賽烘焙項(xiàng)目冠軍現(xiàn)場面包制作課，由中國首位世界面包冠軍王森國際西點(diǎn)西餐學(xué)校蔡葉昭，通過《一場用心的烘焙之旅》一書進(jìn)行烘焙類圖書的場景化營銷，向觀眾普及世界技能大賽的知識(shí)，傳播世界級(jí)面包制作經(jīng)驗(yàn)和技巧，鼓勵(lì)年輕人用技能點(diǎn)亮夢(mèng)想。

　　蔡葉昭現(xiàn)場重現(xiàn)了一款在第44屆世界技能大賽現(xiàn)場制作的藝術(shù)面包，并請(qǐng)觀眾品嘗。同時(shí)進(jìn)行了生動(dòng)的現(xiàn)場問答、簽名售書活動(dòng)。國際美食大賽評(píng)委會(huì)主席君度先生親臨現(xiàn)場，與蔡葉昭進(jìn)行了親切的交流?；顒?dòng)現(xiàn)場同時(shí)還進(jìn)行了天貓直播、抖音直播和一直播，參與現(xiàn)場直播的觀眾近80000人。中國輕工業(yè)出版社社領(lǐng)導(dǎo)龍志丹出席了本次活動(dòng)。
